Two hours of pie-making mastery, indulgence, and fun!

Looking to get out of the house, socialize with friends and learn a new skill? This hands-on pie-making class is designed for you and all your friends.  

Every student prepares three different varieties of petite pies from scratch to take home (varieties change with the season); learn baking tips from the "Pie Guy” including how to prepare the perfect pie dough, crust techniques, ingredient recommendations, and so much more. The two-hour class ends with a sample tasting of several varieties of A la Mode Pies. Recipes are included.

No age requirement but students must be able to reach the counter and operate a rolling pin.

All participants are required to be fully vaccinated. Class sizes are limited to six people.

Tuesday's, 7-9pm - Phinney Cafe (Classes extended until August 15.)

Thursday's, 7-9pm - West Seattle Cafe

$125 per person

To honor the closing of the Phinney cafe at the end of August (we'll be back in 2025!), we're offering a special series featuring our signature pie, the Blue Hawaiian - this will be the first and only time it's featured in a class.
