Do you offer gift cards?
An A la Mode gift card is a great way to show appreciation for a healthcare professional, teacher or service provider while supporting local business.
We introduced a comfort meal box that includes a bake-at-home Chicken Pot Pie or Shepherd's Pie, side salad and a slice of sweet pie - a complete meal for one. The West Seattle cafe offers all of those savory items daily, fully baked, along with seasonal galettes & tarts, and six varieties of handpies.
Do you offer pie that's vegan, gluten or sugar-free?
Any of our fruit pie varieties can be ordered with a vegan crust. While we want to accommodate everyone as best we can, gluten and sugar-free ingredients present certain baking challenges for our preferred quality of the pie. We don't currently sell a gluten-free pie.
What are the delivery fees?
In 2023 we started using a third-party delivery service to deliver our pies throughout Greater Seattle. Third-party delivery services charge a delivery fee that varies and all tips go to the delivery driver. A la Mode charges a 15-percent service fee (only on delivery orders). 100 percent of the service fee goes to our employees.
Where are A la Mode Pies prepared?
A la Mode Pies is a neighborhood cafe. All of our pies are baked fresh, every day at our Phinney Ridge and West Seattle cafes.
Where does A la Mode Pies deliver?
A la Mode Pies is truly unique – we offer delivery to your home or office from Seatac to Shoreline. For your convenience, the online ordering system will notify you if your order qualifies for delivery. There is a three pie order minimum. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, we're not offering delivery services Nov. 24-27.

Pie is a fantastic alternative to a wedding cake. For your special day, we’ll even prepare custom pies and party favors that look as fantastic as they taste. Contact us to schedule a private tasting.
We are always looking for ways to give back to the community. We honor a ‘first come, first served’ system for all requests. However, due to a large number of requests, we're not able to respond to every request for pie donations. We typically do not offer donations for pie-making classes.
