The wait is over, Pie Lovers! We’re excited to bring you our brand-new, shiny café in Phinney Ridge, where we’ve got all your favorite pies and tarts. Come on in for whole pies, pie by the slice, Caffe Umbria espresso, Bluebird Ice Cream, and even some sassy merchandise. The café is open daily from 7am - 7pm. See you soon!

It's back!

The apple and ginger pear pie is back. For this festive medley of sweet, tart Washington apples and organic D'Anjou pears, we add freshly grated ginger, and a dash of cinnamon - all baked in an ultra-flaky crust. This pie is light on sugar but BOLD on flavor.

Bourbon Butterscotch Pie

This New Orleans-inspired butterscotch delight starts with a delicate crust of vanilla wafers, brown sugar and toasted pecans. We then pour in sweet, smooth homemade pudding infused with caramelized sugar, vanilla, butter and a splash of bourbon whiskey – all topped off with freshly whipped cream and toasted pecan pieces.

Our name says it all – fruit pie is even better when served a la mode! In honor of this perfect dessert pairing, A la Mode Pies now offers Bluebird Ice Cream, the nationally recognized Capitol Hill ice cream shop that uses all-natural, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. For a delicious treat, simply add a pint to your pie order from the menu page or check out our suggested ice cream pairings for your favorite A la Mode varieties.

Key Lime

This spin on a traditional key lime pie is smooth, tart, and guaranteed to cleanse your palate. The refreshing lime filling is housed within a rich graham cracker crust containing subtle notes of cinnamon and covered with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and sugared limes.

Mexican Chocolate Mousse

We start with a chocolate graham cracker crust, gently fold in light-as-air chocolate mousse, spice it up with cinnamon and a hint of cayenne pepper, then top it with freshly whipped cream. This pie aphrodisiac elevates "chocolate craving" to a new level, begging for a second slice - and its almost weightless texture leaves you free to indulge.

Move over, adorable – now there’s something sweeter. Introducing the LolliPie – a silver-dollar-sized, lollipop-inspired pie, in three delicious flavors: Apple Cinnamon, Cherries Jubilee, and Blue Hawaiian. We dare anyone to eat just one.
