Service Description

Every student prepares three different varieties of petite pies from scratch to take home (varieties change with the season); learn baking tips from the "Pie Guy” including how to prepare the perfect pie dough, crust techniques, ingredient recommendations, and so much more. The two-hour class ends with a sample tasting of several varieties of A la Mode Pies. Recipes are included. No age requirement but students must be able to reach the counter and operate a rolling pin. All participants are required to be fully vaccinated. Class sizes are limited to six people.
